Samantha Joy Stuart
Real Estate Instructor –
Samantha is a SC licensed Broker with LPT Realty. She has been licensed in the Real Estate industry since 2004. She has held all of the following titles in Real Estate, Office Manager, Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, Broker, and Broker In Charge. Her current title is Associate Broker as she is with LPT Realty. She teaches at Western Upstate Academy of Real Estate classes held at Tri-County Technical College. She teaches Pre-Licensing classes, Property Management, Broker A, and Broker B. She also teaches Consultative Selling, Leadership and Supervision, Customer Service, Personal Finance, and other classes for Tri-County Technical College as well. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, The SC Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, The Western Upstate Association of Realtors, The Western Upstate Multiple Listing Service, and The Greater Greenville Multiple Listing Service. She is a Realtor®, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR), Loss Mitigation Certified (LMC), Real Estate Owned Certified (REO), Relocation Certified, Express Offer Certified, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Certified Business Development Agent (CBDA), Certified Expert Buyers Agent (CEBA), Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA), Certified Listing Marketing Expert (CLME), Certified New Home Professional (CNHP), Certified Real Estate Marketer (CREM), At Home with Diversity Certified (AHWD), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Endorsed from the National Association of REALTORS®, and a Certified Real Estate Mentor and Coach. She is also Nationally Certified in Consultative Sales. She is a Growth Development Associates (GDA) Certified Instructor. She is an award-winning Instructor having won a National Continuing Education Award for her Real Estate Sales Class Training. Her passion, training, and education have made her a well-rounded Agent and Instructor with great success. When not running her Real Estate business or teaching, Samantha can be found spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, photography, attending sporting events, attending live music events, and spending time just hanging out with friends and family. She is a proud Mom, a fur baby Mom of German Shepherds, and a die-hard University of South Carolina Gamecocks fan.
Terri Anderson
Owner/Real Estate Instructor – One of Anderson South Carolina’s top producers and in the Multi-Million Dollar Club every year since she started her Real Estate career. 35 Years in real estate, and 25 years of teaching real estate law, she is a Certified Real Estate Instructor and Owns Western Upstate Academy of Real Estate in Anderson. Terri’s Designations include Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) , Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home marketing specialist. Areas of expertise are working with investors, development and new home construction, commercial, and lake property. Terri is a past board of directors member for the Western Upstate association of realtors, and on the professional standards committee for the state of SC. Terri is Broker in Charge and partner of 10 KW offices including Anderson, Clemson, Seneca (3), Powdersville ( 2) , Greenwood, Oconee and Luxury Lake Living in Sunset. Terri is a past board member for Habitat for Humanity. She currently volunteers with The Lot Project, Joshua Calls, Orphans in Peru, and many other ministries. Her hobbies include travel, boating, and she is an avid shagger (the state dance of SC) with the Electric City Shag Club. Terri enjoys life with her husband Bill, her 3 children and 5 grandchildren, and loves living in upstate SC.
Sandy Jordan
Real Estate Instructor – Sandy is a graduate of Anderson College and previously worked in the Human Resources Department for a local manufacturing company for 12 years and obtained the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Prior to Sandy’s HR experience, she worked in the banking industry for 7 years. Sandy began her Real Estate Career in 2002 and has been a Top Producer ever since that time. Designations include Broker, GRI, ABR, SFR, and ePRO. Sandy serves on the Professional Standards Committee for her local association. Sandy teaches for Western Upstate Academy of Real Estate.
